This week Dr. Jayne Bock will participate in the annual Idaho Cereal School, sponsored by the University of Idaho Extension. Jayne’s presentation will cover “Late maturity alpha amylase in cereals.” LMA is one of the causes of low falling numbers. Also on calendar for next week, Jayne and Janice will meet with USW to discuss technical training programming for international customers and the Title Holding Co. Board of Directors will have a discussion on pending building issues.
