We are entering week seven for CQ testing. This will be the final week of reporting on individual samples; the next phase is making composites for end product testing including sponge cakes, cookies, steamed bread, and Asian noodles. All results will be shared with customers in the USW annual Crop Quality Report and the PNW White Wheat Report, which will be available in late October. At the end of week six, 613 samples had been tested with continued excellent quality. See the latest report here.
