We have a busy week planned at WMC, with highlights as follows: Ling and Paige will make steamed bread and noodles with composites of hard white wheat for the USW CQ report; Bon and his team will continue working on soft white and club wheat composites. Janice and Jayne will attend the Oregon Wheat Commission meeting (via Zoom) and provide updates on CQ and the chlorination research project. Bon will update Chinese customers on soft white quality on a USW webinar. And the WMC Lab Services board will meet to review FY 2019/20 financials and discuss current activity.
