This week the CQ team is focused on flour analysis. The milling of PNW composite samples is complete and the lab team is performing the range of flour tests including protein, ash, wet gluten, falling number and SRC. Bon and Kin may also start on cookie baking if time allows. Janice will provide an update to the Oregon Wheat Commission, and we say goodbye to CQ intern Michelle Wong. Michelle was a great asset this season and we wish her the best as she returns to her studies at Portland State University.
