The technical team is launching new proprietary research projects involving Miag milling and baking. On the public side, the team will continue working on the Tristate-funded chlorinated cake flour alternatives project as well as comparing end product quality of the UI Cookie wheat variety grown in dryland vs irrigated conditions for the Idaho Wheat Commission. We continue to receive export samples for TCK testing and other lab services requests. Janice will be working from her California “office” all week, but available by email and phone as always.
