This week a Korean Noodle Flour Blending course had been scheduled. We miss our Korean friends and want to show photos from last year’s course to thank them for their many years of business. The full photo gallery can be seen here.

In other news, WMC staff are busy with lab and research projects as they transition back into the office. Both the Human Resources and Finance committees meet this week to review new policies and the proposed budget for FY 2020/21.
