WMC’s electrician recently performed extensive maintenance on the pilot scale cracker line, including changing the belts and modifying the lamination and panner sections of the line. This week we will run some batches of Marie biscuits to confirm the effectiveness of the repairs (and provide snacks for the staff.) Also, staff will participate in virtual events sponsored by the North Dakota Wheat Commission and the Washington Association of Wheat Growers. Janice and Jayne will meet with their Food Innovation Center counterparts to discuss ongoing collaboration.
