The end product quality testing of new Idaho variety UI Cookie continues. Last week, Bon and Tina made cookies. This week, Jayne and Andrew will make crackers. Janice will participate in the Food Innovation Center’s regular Advisory Committee meeting and testify in favor of OSU funding to the state Ways and Means Committee. The team is also preparing for the virtual Contracting for Wheat Value course for USW/China by gathering the required wheat samples for pan bread and sponge cake.
