Happy 2022! WMC welcomes the Nebraska Wheat Export & Marketing Workshop! The group will spend time at WMC learning about quality evaluation, the noodle, tortilla and cracker pilot lines, and commercial product formulation. They will also meet with U.S. Wheat Associates, Food Innovation Center, and the Federal Grain Inspection Service. Moving around the area, the group will visit Shaver Transportation, Columbia Grain and BNSF.

Also this week, Bon finishes his bread baking and quality evaluation for the Wheat Quality Council and WMC staff continue work on public and private research projects.
