Customers seeking proprietary technical assistance can access the extensive resources of the Wheat Marketing Center through WMC Lab Services. Facility use includes access to equipment in the Analytical Lab,Wheat Innovation Lab and the Baking Lab, plus the technical expertise of our highly-trained staff. Our equipment includes:

  • Mills: Buhler Laboratory Mill, Miag Multomat Mill, Engsko Stone Mill
  • Pilot Scale and Other Equipment: Asian Noodle Line, Cookie/Cracker Line, Bagel Line, Tortilla Line, Cookie Depositor, Pasta/Noodle Dryer, Flash Freezer for Frozen Dough
  • Ovens: Combi, Reel, Deck, Tandoor, WoodStone
